Mustangs Bang Out 9-6 Win Versus Central Tech
|
San Marin left-hander Eric Spence made an effective start against the Central Tech Blues at Oranges Ballpark, leading his team to a 9-6 win. Spence went 7 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 2, and struck out 11. His record improves to 3-2. The save went to Iestyn Milward, his 8th this season.
David Harding aided the San Marin cause with a solo home run in the top of the second. For the game, the third baseman went 1-4 with a home run.
"We'll enjoy this win," said Harding. "But there's more we hope to accomplish."
The Mustangs saw their record improve to 21-28.
