Johnson Superb Against Tioga Central
Tim Johnson pitched a strong game at Alleycats Ballpark today, blanking the Tioga Central Tigers 1-0. Johnson allowed no runs on 3 hits, totaled 13 strikeouts and gave up 3 walks.

Grand Island manager Doug Taylor said he could tell immediately it was going to be a good game for Johnson.

"Right from the start, you could see how economical he was," Taylor said. "He threw a lot of strikes."
