Mustangs Tsuruta Named BOL's #1 Player Monday, October 4th, 2032 Takashi Tsuruta swung a blistering bat last week for San Angelo, rapping out 10 hits in 26 at-bats against Mustangs opponents to propel himself to the Lyman Bostock League Player of the Week Award. Whenever the left fielder hit the ball, he hit it with authority. The 22-year-old racked up a .385 batting average with 5 home runs, 11 RBIs and 8 runs scored. Currently Tsuruta has 15 home runs and a .300 batting average. |
