Jedi Knights Come up Short of Playoffs Sunday, October 3rd, 2032 It's not quite the championship run that fans in New Orleans might have envisioned. The New Orleans Jedi Knights were mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. "There are a lot of good clubs in SINGLE A and unfortunately we couldn't quite make it into that elite group this year," said Jedi Knights manager Mason Eilers. This is the club's 2nd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2030. In the last 10 seasons, the Jedi Knights have missed the playoffs 3 times. In total, the Jedi Knights have missed the playoffs 11 times in their 20-year history. New Orleans last won the Single A World Series in 2030. |
