Tharpe Wins AHL Player of the Week Prize Monday, September 27th, 2032 What's in a number? In baseball, just about everything. The numbers that Westside's John Tharpe put up last week were the envy of the league, as Tharpe came away with Donnie Moore League Player of the Week honors. He belted out 10 hits in 21 at-bats, 2 home runs and 11 RBIs last week as he posted his .476 batting average. So far in 2032 Tharpe is batting .259 with 7 home runs, 27 RBIs and 37 runs scored. He has 66 hits in 255 at-bats and a .354 OBP. |
