Panthers Casbeer to Miss Year Saturday, August 21st, 2032 The season is ending on a bad note for Jay Casbeer, reliever for the Charleston Panthers. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Casbeer was hurt against the St. Paul Saints while throwing a pitch. He suffered a stretched elbow ligament and will be out for at least 11 months. For the season his stats show Casbeer has no saves in 45 relief appearances with a 3-1 record and 4.85 ERA. |
