No Chance for Nichols Friday, August 20th, 2032 Capping off a campaign that may go down in the record books as one of the all-time worst for the Nichols Gnats, the team can add "very, very early mathematical elimination from the playoffs" to their list of dubious accomplishments in 2032. The outcome was a virtual certainty for a struggling Gnats squad, and they wasted little time getting there. In their 20 seasons in SINGLE A, the Gnats have still yet to qualify for the playoffs. |
