Blashill Day-to-Day with Injury Wednesday, July 21st, 2032 Bryan Blashill of the Winfield Warriors is probably going to miss a day or two as a result of a torn meniscus that seems to be healing slowly. "I feel okay. Not one hundred percent, but I can go if the team needs me," the Winfield star performer said. The team physician has said Blashill's time off will be about 4-5 months or until he can play without pain, but a trip to the disabled list is not likely. In the 2032 campaign Blashill has 6 saves. In 20 relief appearances he has tossed 31.1 innings, struck out 35 and yielded 14 walks with a 1-1 record. The Winfield reliever has recorded a 2.59 ERA and allowed the opposition to hit .176 when he is in the game. |
