Hit Parade: Matsuzaki Pops 5 Hits
Wednesday, June 2nd, 2032
It was a good day at Woodland Park. The Houston Sting whipped the Bel Air Princes 10-5 and second baseman Toshio Matsuzaki showed off a hot bat, going 5-for-5 at the plate.

"Some days, lady luck is on your side," Matsuzaki told BNN reporters after the game.

Sting manager Héctor Flores told the beat writers otherwise, calling the 22-year-old "focused and patient."

"It's not luck," he said. "He has a solid approach to hitting. Toshio hits to all fields. The more solid at-bats you put together, the more success you're going to have."

Toshio Matsuzaki singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 7th.

This year Matsuzaki has collected a .463 batting average to date with 44 hits in 95 at-bats, 34 RBIs, 6 home runs and scored 15 times. He has played in 37 games.
