Big Bat Pays Off, George Player of the Week Monday, May 3rd, 2032 This week's top performer in the Lyman Bostock League was left fielder Earl George of the Kingwood Knights. He pounded out a .500 average and was voted the Player of the Week. Over the last week George connected for 13 hits in 26 at-bats and 4 home runs, drove in 7 runs and scored 10 times. Thus far this year George has hit .386 with 6 home runs and 22 RBIs. |
