Pollard Goes 5-for-5 Against Bel Air Thursday, October 9th, 2031 It seemed that Houston right fielder Steve Pollard could do no wrong as the Sting KO'd the Princes, 7-5 today. Pollard rapped out 5 hits in 5 at-bats and seemed to know which pitches Princes hurlers were throwing. "I think the Sting were stealing signs," growled one unhappy Bel Air fan after the game. "I just felt good today. I saw the ball well and just wanted to make good contact and put the ball in play," said the jubilant Pollard in the postgame press interview. Steve Pollard singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
