St. Petersburg Eliminated from Playoff Contention Friday, October 3rd, 2031 The St. Petersburg Pelicans may still need a piece or two before becoming championship material in SINGLE A. The team has fallen short of its playoff goals this year, being officially eliminated from the playoffs today. "I feel like we have a great group," Pelicans manager Clement Snow said. "We happened to come up short or our goal, though. We'll re-tool and be back stronger next season." The Pelicans last missed the playoffs in 2027. |
