Just ask Al Hrabosky Jr., who put together a stellar month out of the pen. The San Angelo Mustangs closer, 21, kept the opposition off balance all month as he held them to a .116 average and walked away with the Lyman Bostock League Pitcher of the Month award for September. Hrabosky Jr. posted a 3-0 mark and a 1.38 ERA in 12 relief appearances. In 13 innings, he had 7 saves, 11 strikeouts, and 8 walks. Hrabosky Jr. has 15 saves with a 5-2 season record and a 2.38 ERA.
