Bethesda Won't Make Playoffs Monday, September 8th, 2031 The Bethesda Hornets were certainly not a team of destiny this year and now they have been eliminated from playoff contention. "We thought we had a better chance than this," said starting pitcher Félix López. "It's a big disappointment." Bethesda last appeared in the postseason in 2024. This is their 7th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 16 times in their 19-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Hornets have missed the playoffs 9 times. |
