Warriors Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Thursday, September 4th, 2031 Did anyone think the Winfield Warriors had a chance at the postseason this year? It was already quite unlikely, and now even the smallest hopes have been dashed -- the team was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. Winfield last appeared in the postseason in 2021. This is their 10th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 15 times in their 19-year history. |
