He may have less experience than most of his DOUBLE A peers, but that didn't slow Nobuatsu Nakashima down at all in 2032.

At the age of 21, the Rock River third baseman has been named the winner of the Bob Moose League Most Valuable Player Award.

He had a .296 batting average and a .396 on-base percentage this year. In 159 games he piled up 181 hits, 33 doubles, 3 triples, 42 home runs, 133 RBIs and 126 runs scored.

"I'm blown away by the season I was able to put together," he said. "I'm looking forward to trying to do it all again next year."

Scott McFarland of the Rock River Rats finished second in voting, while Lee Brooks of the Rock River Rats finished third.
