Mouland Strokes 5 Hits Tuesday, September 21st, 2032 The Pacifica Shamrocks might think twice next time about pitching to Phil Mouland. At Cobras Ballpark today, the Newark Jail Birds left fielder burned Pacifica pitching, going 5-for-6 in a 11-10 Newark triumph. "When he's on his game," Newark skipper Johan Gillberry told reporters, "he can probably stroke a base hit blindfolded." Phil Mouland hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Jim Vroom in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and struck out in the 10th.
