Free-for-All Costs Bettcher and Suzuki 3-Game Suspensions Sunday, August 29th, 2032 Jeff Bettcher of Spokane and Katsunosuki Suzuki of Boise have been sanctioned by the league office for causing the ruckus at The Kennel yesterday. Both players have been given 3-game suspensions for instigating the fight and subsequent free-for-all. Thus far this year Bettcher is batting .408 with 11 home runs, 49 RBIs and 46 runs scored. During this season Suzuki has 46 relief appearances and registered 4 saves. Batters are hitting him at a .226 rate and his season record is 6-1 with a 2.84 ERA. He has logged 57 innings and struck out 48. |
