ACL's Best Batter Announced Sunday, August 1st, 2032 At only 21 years of age, Jesús García could very well be having many more months like the last this in his career. That would be great news for fans of the Newark Jail Birds, as July was one to remember for the shortstop and he has captured the Cory Lidle League Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .354 with 7 home runs, 14 RBIs and 23 runs scored. Thus far this year García has hit .307 with 13 home runs and 38 RBIs. |
