Phoenix Second Baseman Nets ACL Award

So far in his young career, Fred Nagy has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Cory Lidle League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts.
The 20-year-old Phoenix Lights second baseman hit at a torrid .542 clip as he collected 13 hits in 24 at-bats, 1 home run, 5 RBIs and 8 runs scored.
This season Nagy is batting .361 with 52 hits, 2 home runs, 23 RBIs, 21 walks, .443 OBP and has scored 32 runs. He has played in 37 games.
