Sanders Wins ACL Player of the Week Honors Monday, June 21st, 2032 Cory Lidle League pitchers tried and tried all week long to stop Doug Sanders, but to no avail. His eyes would light up when he came to the plate and he hit everything in sight, batting .421 for the week to win the ACL Player of the Week Award. The Marysville left fielder cracked 8 hits in 19 at-bats, 3 home runs, drove in 6 runs and scored 6 times. This year Sanders has batted at a .285 pace with 81 hits, 11 home runs, 49 RBIs and scored 39 times. |
