Marysville's Burton Sidelined for Season Tuesday, May 25th, 2032 Doctors in Marysville said Jonathan Burton might not play anymore this year. The Monarchs starting pitcher suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow during a game against the Long Island Ducks and will be out for at least 12 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season. So far this season Burton has a record of 4-1 with 29 strikeouts and 21 walks in 37 innings and a 3.16 ERA. |
