September's Best Batter Announced Wednesday, October 1st, 2031 Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats fans may just have witnessed a star player blossoming before their eyes in September. Toshikasu Okuda put up a remarkable month at the age of 20 and has been named the Cory Lidle League Batter of the Month. For the month, Okuda hit .322 with 8 home runs, 22 RBIs and 15 runs scored. Okuda is hitting .265 for the season with 11 home runs, 47 RBIs and 42 runs scored. He has 80 hits in 302 at-bats and played in 84 games. |
