The 22-year-old Sandy Springs Spartans center fielder hit at a torrid .412 clip as he collected 7 hits in 17 at-bats, 5 home runs, 12 RBIs and 10 runs scored. For the season, Southern is hitting at a .258 clip with 22 home runs, 65 RBIs and has scored 58 runs. He has 66 hits, 75 walks and a .430 on-base percentage. |
