Kono Brings Home ACL Batter of Month Honor Monday, September 1st, 2031 At only 21 years of age, Susumu Kono could very well be having many more months like the last this in his career. That would be great news for fans of the Pacifica Shamrocks, as August was one to remember for the second baseman and he has captured the Cory Lidle League Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .429 with 7 home runs, 22 RBIs and 28 runs scored. In 129 games this year Kono has posted a .357 average and put up these numbers: 20 home runs, 101 RBIs and 99 runs scored. |
