Week's #1 Player Honored by ACL Monday, July 28th, 2031 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Cory Lidle League, but last week Larry Jeffries of the Riverside Red Bulls reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Jeffries rocked opposing pitching for a .542 average (13-for-24), 3 home runs and 7 RBIs to come away with the award. For the year Jeffries is batting .255 with 26 hits and 5 home runs. He has scored 20 times and driven in 13. |
