Miller Clips Beetlecats for Cycle
Sunday, June 8th, 2031
Today at Mitts Fieldhouse, Marysville Monarchs shortstop Tynan Miller accomplished a true baseball rarity, knocking a single, double, triple and a home run to hit for the cycle and lead the Monarchs to a 16-0 win over the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats.
In a standout performance, Miller laced 4 hits in 5 at-bats and had 5 runs batted in.
"I felt good before the game, I felt good during it, and I feel great now," Miller told reporters.
Tynan Miller hit an RBI triple in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 2nd, walked in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off António Fabián in the 5th, flied out in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
Thus far this year Miller is hitting .358 with 11 home runs, 41 RBIs and 47 runs scored.
