Cy Young Award Winner Announced Saturday, November 6th, 2032 The Fort Worth Cats have a rising superstar or maybe even a budding Hall-of-Famer in the making. It's Austin Meyers, this year's Nick Adenhart League Cy Young Award selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. Meyers compiled a 12-11 record in 33 starts, tallied 152 strikeouts in 173.2 innings and recorded a 3.42 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .255 batting average against him. David Guzman of the Bowling Green Racers finished second in voting, while Lorenzo Espinoza of the Chicago Titans finished third. |
