8-Game Suspensions for Bray-Hart Fight
Saturday, August 14th, 2032
You would have thought you were at a hockey game yesterday at Anchorage Municipal Stadium. A free-for-all broke out when Wilfred Bray of Omaha and Curt Hart of Minneapolis rushed one another on the field and had to be restrained by umpires and teammates. Few blows landed, but it was enough for them to be ejected from the game.
Today both teams received notification from the league office that the two players would be suspended for 8 games.
Bray is hitting .267 in 2032 with 55 RBIs and 21 home runs.
In season stats Hart shows a 10-4 record in 20 games, 118.2 innings, 87 strikeouts and a 4.40 ERA.
