Hit Streak Now at 20 for Osburn Sunday, August 8th, 2032 Canadians catcher Steve Osburn has extended his hitting streak to 20 games. He went 3-for-7 in today's game against the Bowling Green Racers. Vancouver won the ballgame 6-4. "Got a hit and a win," he said later. "OK, I'll take it." Steve Osburn flied out in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, struck out in the 6th, grounded out in the 8th, doubled in the 10th, grounded out in the 12th and singled in the 15th. This season Osburn is batting .302 with 30 RBIs, 27 runs scored and 7 home runs. |
