Scranton Loses Chan De, Will Miss Season Tuesday, August 3rd, 2032 The season is finished for Chan De of the Scranton Escape. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Escape reliever suffered bone chips in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Albuquerque Cacti. Team doctors said it would take at least 8 months to heal. So far this year De has made 9 relief appearances with no saves, thrown 7.1 innings and struck out 9 with a 1-2 record. |
