Bush Week's Best in DKL Monday, July 5th, 2032 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Darryl Kile League, but last week Ken Bush of the Joplin Fireballs reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Bush rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (11-for-22), 1 home run and 3 RBIs to come away with the award. For the season Bush is currently batting .262 with 4 home runs and 14 RBIs. In 31 games he has reached base at a .316 rate and scored 8 runs to date. |
