Minneapolis's Wager Bags DKL Top Batter for June Thursday, July 1st, 2032 When Reece Wager stepped up to the plate in June he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Darryl Kile League Batter of the Month award. The young Minneapolis catcher posted a .358 batting average with 9 home runs, 28 RBIs and scored 18 runs. Wager also worked pitchers for 13 walks to post a .494 on-base percentage. This season Wager is batting .300 with 65 hits, 17 home runs, 65 RBIs, .394 OBP and has scored 46 runs. |
