Bumblebees Ilpo Vuorinen Sidelined Sunday, June 13th, 2032 Ilpo Vuorinen had to leave the Bumblebees game against Minneapolis after suffering a torn back muscle while throwing a pitch. He will be out of the lineup at least 4 months. He told reporters, "I just felt a sharp pain when it happened. I knew there was something wrong." Running the numbers on Vuorinen for the year, he has made no relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 3-1 won-lost mark with a 4.33 ERA. In pitching 35.1 innings, he has totaled 34 strikeouts and 17 walks. |
