Grant Snags NAL Batting Honor in May Tuesday, June 1st, 2032 When Bill Grant stepped up to the plate in May he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Nick Adenhart League Batter of the Month award. The young Acapulco second baseman posted a .383 batting average with 1 home run, 12 RBIs and scored 24 runs. Grant also worked pitchers for 24 walks to post a .496 on-base percentage. Grant is hitting .351 so far this season with 25 RBIs and 47 runs scored. He has 73 hits including 3 home runs, 53 walks and .487 OBP. |
