Langlois 5-for-6 Against Canton
Thursday, April 8th, 2032
There aren't many who could be pro ballplayers and there are even fewer who could put up 5 hits in a day.
Christophe Langlois is one of those rare few, as he went 5-for-6 against the Canton Paczkis at Mckinley Park today. The monster effort from the 25-year-old right fielder helped the Albuquerque Cacti take the win, 14-6.
"We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it," said Paczkis manager Omar Arteaga. "That's the game, though. Don't make mistakes and you'll win ballgames. Make mistakes and, well, you saw what happened today."
Christophe Langlois doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Jeremiah Horne in the 5th, flied out in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
Thus far this season Langlois has hit .382 with 1 home run, 8 RBIs and scored 8 times.
