#1 Pitcher Picked for 2031 Wednesday, November 5th, 2031 The Cy Young Award for 2031 has been presented and the Nick Adenhart League winner is Jian-guo Yang of Vancouver. "It's always nice to receive an award like this," said Yang. "I just hope I can improve on my performance next year and be in the running again," the Canadians star told reporters. Yang excelled with an impressive 10-1 record in 14 starts. In 123.2 innings he yielded 96 hits and 33 walks, while striking out 108 and compiling a fine 2.26 ERA. Alain Picard of the Bowling Green Racers finished second in voting, while Mikey Altman of the Bowling Green Racers finished third. |
