Barry Sherman Hurt, Out for Year Friday, September 12th, 2031 Playoff hopes of Racers player Barry Sherman have been dealt a blow today after tests revealed the reliever suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament throwing a pitch in today's game against Detroit Death Stars. Sherman is expected to miss up to 13 months, effectively ruling him out of the playoffs. Sherman has 30 saves this season with a won-lost record of 4-1 and 4.50 ERA. |
