Billings Eliminated from Playoff Contention Wednesday, September 10th, 2031 Any hopes of a playoff berth for the Billings Mustangs this season were already a long shot at best. But even the longshot hopes are now gone, as the team was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. Billings last appeared in the postseason in 2028. This is their 3rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 18 times in their 19-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Mustangs have missed the playoffs 9 times. |
