Coal Miners Franco to Miss Year Sunday, August 3rd, 2031 Javier Franco of the Coal Miners just might have to call it quits for the season. The 26-year-old Antioch closer received a possible season-ending injury against the Detroit Death Stars recently at The Coal Mine. Franco suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow while throwing a pitch. The Coal Miners medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 13 months. To date this season Franco has 14 saves with a 3-0 mark and 5.06 ERA. |
