Caterpillars Seung-chun Kim to Miss Year Thursday, June 12th, 2031 The season is finished for Seung-chun Kim of the Peoria Caterpillars. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Caterpillars reliever suffered a torn rotator cuff while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Antioch Coal Miners. Team doctors said it would take at least 4-5 months to heal. This year Kim has 2 saves, totaled 21.2 innings, allowed 21 base hits and fashioned a 5.40 ERA while racking up 14 strikeouts and a record of 1 win and 1 loss. |
