Goldberg Awarded TML Rookie of the Year Sunday, November 14th, 2032 Ryan Goldberg's age didn't show very often in his first year. He performed more like a veteran on the hill for the Oklahoma City Prowlers and today he walked away with the 2032 Thurman Munson League Rookie of the Year Award. The 24-year-old starter registered a 13-12 record this season in 30 starts. Over 234 innings he gave up 201 hits, struck out 234 and issued 88 walks as he held the opposition to a .233 batting average and fashioned a 3.42 ERA. Andreas Kubel of the Maple Marauders finished second in voting, while Sweet Spanker of the South Carolina Bombers finished third. |
