Sunday, November 14th, 2032
Ashoka Pancholi appears headed for a big payday.
The impending free agent turned in a dominant season with the Eureka Hornets in 2032 and has won the Thurman Munson League Rolaids Relief Man Award.
With his contract situation unclear for next season, it appears his dominant performance will have him poised to command big money.
For the year, the 29-year-old native of Mahemdavad, India put up a 2.38 ERA, over 68 innings of work. He made 70 relief appearances and had 39 saves, 97 strikeouts, 31 walks and a record of 4-6.
Garry Strode of the Vancouver Pioneers finished second in voting, while Joachim Doucet of the Quebec Armada finished third.
