Divisional Championship Goes the Distance, Hawaii Prevails Wednesday, October 27th, 2032 There's joy in Hawaii tonight as the Islanders took the Divisional Championship to the brink and came out on top. The Hawaii Islanders have advanced to the League Pennant, by edging the Havana Stogies 4-3, with the final blow coming in a 4-1 win at The Humidor. "Whether or not there's bad blood on the field, we respect Havana and their players and that was one heck of a series," said Hawaii right-hander Rodrigo Garza, who earned series MVP honors. "You've got to give them credit, as in the end they pushed us right to the edge and that's a big test." For the series, Garza had a 0.00 ERA over 16 innings pitched. He added 18 strikeouts with a 2-0 record. The Hawaii Islanders will play against the So Cal Republic in the next round. So Cal won their series against the Dallas Texans 4 games to 2.
