South Carolina Takes Divisional Championship Tuesday, October 26th, 2032 The excitement in South Carolina is palpable as the local club has advanced through the Divisional Championship. The South Carolina Bombers downed the Vancouver Pioneers 9-6 tonight at Bomber Ballpark, to take the series 4-2. "Things are going to get crazy in South Carolina for the League Pennant. The fans are going to be behind us 100 percent, we know that," said Ken Abbott, who earned MVP honors. "There's a lot of motivation in our clubhouse right now to make sure we give them something to cheer about." For the series, Abbott hit .556 with a .619 on-base percentage. He had 10 hits, 3 home runs, 6 RBI and scored 6 runs. The South Carolina Bombers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Quebec Armada - Eureka Hornets series. Eureka leads the series 3 games to 2. The League Pennant schedule will be announced after the Divisional Championship finishes.
