Pioneers Advance to Divisional Championship Thursday, October 14th, 2032 All playoffs end with joy on one side and despair on the other. Today, the Vancouver Pioneers are the ones feeling overwhelmed with excitement, and the Maple Marauders are the ones thinking about what they could have done differently. The Pioneers took a 3-0 victory at The Royal Court at Jersey Yards today, which gave Vancouver a 4-1 series win. With the win, Vancouver will advance to play in the Divisional Championship. "We aren't ready to go home yet," said Pioneers left fielder Hiroya Shimada, who was named series MVP. The Vancouver Pioneers will play against the South Carolina Bombers in the next round.
