Tsuneyo Nakagawa out of Lineup, Listed DTD Wednesday, October 13th, 2032 Is Tsuneyo Nakagawa going to tough it out and play through an injury? We'll get the chance to find out 6 weeks as the outstanding Brooklyn third baseman attempts to shrug off a sore shoulder he sustained throwing the ball against the Hawaii Islanders. Whether management lets him play or handles him with kid gloves will depend mostly on how Nakagawa feels on a day-to-day basis. But there's little doubt that the Brooklyn Black Knights will be happy for the talented player to return at full strength as soon as possible. So far this year in 142 games Nakagawa is hitting .234 with 18 home runs, 51 RBIs and 62 runs scored. |
