South Carolina Secures Top Spot in Thurman Munson League Billy Martin Division Friday, October 8th, 2032 South Carolina Bombers manager Randy Huggett said it was a "battle all season long" for his club to win the Thurman Munson League Billy Martin Division. But they've done exactly that, today edging out their division rivals to take the top spot. "It was down to the wire, so it makes it even more special," he said. "Our guys grinded all year and this is the end result." The club has a 95-67 record to top the division for the 3rd time and will now be searching for a 1st championship. "We may not have won the division by a wide margin, but I don't think anyone in our clubhouse ever doubted we'd do it," said starting pitcher Ange Schmit. |
