Day-to-Day Injury Shelves Fitzgerald Friday, September 3rd, 2032 Aces star second baseman Michael Fitzgerald might be sitting it out a few days after he picked up an injury in yesterday's game against the Dallas Texans. He sustained a sore elbow while colliding with a player at a base. Fitzgerald isn't expected to miss a lot of time. However, doctors want to be cautious. They said he would be day-to-day for about 3 weeks. For the season Fitzgerald is hitting .341, batted in 88 runs with 32 home runs and 71 runs scored. |
