TML's #1 Batter Chosen Wednesday, September 1st, 2032 To Ron Verity, age is just a number. He may be 37 years old, but the Vancouver Pioneers third baseman proved in August that he's still got what it takes to compete at an elite level. With a .350 average, 8 home runs, 24 RBIs, and 21 runs scored, Verity had all the numbers that counted and has won the Thurman Munson League Batter of the Month award. Presently Verity is batting .300 and has collected 20 home runs, 62 RBIs, .363 OBP and scored 51 runs. |
